Terms and Conditions for Client1.
Project Engagement: Upon engaging Workfys for software development services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights developed by the Company shall remain its property until full payment is received.
3.
Replacement Policy: In the event of software malfunctions within the first six months after delivery, the Company shall provide replacements and necessary corrections at no additional cost to the client.
4.
Warranty Period: The Company offers a warranty period of three months from the date of project completion. During this period, the Company will address and rectify any software-related issues free of charge. This warranty does not cover issues arising from external factors or modifications made by parties other than the Company.
5.
Maintenance and Support: The Company offers complimentary maintenance and support services covering basic software issues for a period of 120 days (approximately 4 months) from the date of project completion. Any additional support or major modifications required after this period will incur extra charges.
6.
Project Deliverable and Cancellation: Upon project completion, the client shall receive the final deliverables. In the event of project cancellation initiated by the client before completion, the client shall be eligible for a refund of the advance payment within 24 hours of the payment. This refund policy applies exclusively to the advance payment and not the main payment. Subject to deductions for any working costs incurred by the Company during that period, all work completed until the cancellation date shall be delivered to the client, provided that full payment has been received for the work done.

Project Review and Acceptance: The client is responsible for thoroughly reviewing all aspects of the software during the demo phase. It is imperative that the client clearly communicates their requirements to the Company. Once the software is presented for review, the client must meticulously assess the demo, ensuring that it aligns with their specified requirements. Acceptance of the software after the review implies satisfaction, and any further modifications or revisions will be subject to additional charges.
8.
Requirement Clarity: The client is responsible for clearly articulating their requirements, specifications, and expectations regarding the software development project. Once the client has provided their requirements, they cannot be changed or modified during the course of the project. It is imperative that the client thoroughly reviews and confirms their requirements before providing them to the Company. Any ambiguities or misunderstandings in the requirements may lead to additional charges if changes are requested after the project has commenced. The Company shall proceed with the project based on the provided requirements, and any alterations to the original requirements will be considered out of scope and may require additional fees and time extensions.
9.
Advance Payment: The client is required to provide a non-refundable advance payment prior to the commencement of the software development project. This payment is considered final and non-reversible under normal circumstances. However, the client has the option to request a refund of the advance payment within 24 hours of the payment, subject to deductions for any working costs incurred by the Company during that period.
10.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project in writing in the event of a material breach of these terms and conditions.
