Workfys Referral Program Terms and Conditions1.
Referral Engagement: By participating in our referral program, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

Referral Commission: For every successful referral made by you, you will receive a commission of 5-10% of the total project value. The exact percentage will be communicated to you at the time of referral confirmation. The commission will be transferred to your registered mobile number via UPI 15 days after the completion and delivery of the referred project.
3.
Eligibility: To qualify for the referral commission, the referred user must mention your name or unique referral code during the initial engagement with our services. Only referrals made through official channels and within the specified time frame will be eligible for the commission.
4.
Commission Payment: The commission will be paid to your registered mobile number via UPI. It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided UPI information is accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable for any payment issues arising due to incorrect or outdated UPI details.
5.
Payment Timing: The referral commission, calculated as 5-10% of the total project value, will be transferred to your UPI account 15 days after the project delivery is confirmed. Please note that this payment may be subject to processing times and delays based on your UPI provider's policies.
6.
Fraudulent Referrals: Any attempts to manipulate the referral program or engage in fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the program. We reserve the right to withhold commissions and take legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent referral activities.
7.
Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes or updates to the program will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official communication channels.
8.
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.
